Most apps go from localhost to a live URL within days, not weeks.
For most Next.js SaaS products, Vercel: zero-maintenance deployments, automatic scaling and preview environments, with a generous free tier to start. AWS makes sense when you need long-running background jobs, strict data-residency requirements, or you're cost-optimizing at scale. I'll recommend one for your specific app during the review — and set up either properly.
Typically 2–5 days for the full setup: hosting, CI/CD pipeline, custom domain with SSL, environment configuration, error tracking and uptime monitoring. A simple app with no surprises can be live in a day; apps that need database migrations or security fixes first take longer — you'll know the timeline after the review.
